Ordering

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do!

How much does the shipping cost?

Please check our shipping info. We are committed to shipping globally and as affordably as possible!

You may of course choose a tracked and/or expedited option if time is of the essence. These options are charged extra.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, American express, or Maestro,  along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How do I use my discount code or gift card?

Please use any discount or gift card codes on the ‘Information’ screen during checkout.

On the right hand side you will see your order summary and the option to add your code.

I forgot to add my discount code/store credit to my order

Please contact us and we’ll fix it.

How do I place an order?

  1. Find the item you want to buy.
  2. Select the size or options you want.
  3. Click Add to cart.
  4. Click on your shopping cart in the top right corner of the page or go directly to the checkout and fill in your payment, billing and delivery details. You can also add a gift card or discount code here.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation once the order is shipped. Then all you need to do is wait for your awesome merch to arrive.

How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order shortly after making a purchase in our store.

When will I be charged for my order?

The payment for your order will be charged when you confirm the purchase in the final stage of the shopping cart.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with us as long as you haven’t received the shipping confirmation and your account status doesn’t indicate the order has been shipped.

To find out what stage your order is at, please log in to your account. If you do not have an account, or to cancel your order, please contact us. Please include an order reference number in the message to make it easier for us to find your order.

Delivery

How long will it take to receive my items?

We aim to have your item ready to ship within 3 to 7 business days. After that the delivery times with free standard shipping are, on average:

U.K.: 2 to 6 working days.

EU/USA/Canada: 3 to 10 working days.

Everywhere else: 7 to 15 working days.

Can I get faster shipping?

Probably! We offer premium shipping options to most countries. Check your options during checkout!

Where is my item coming from?

We try to source our awesome merch as close to you as possible, and most items are shipped directly from the printing facility to you. If you live in the U.K., your merch will be shipped from the United Kingdom.

If you live in the EU or other parts of Europe, your merch may ship from the United Kingdom or from an EU member country.

For orders from the USA and Canada, items will usually ship from the USA, but may occasionally ship from Europe.

For other worldwide locations, we will ship from either the U.K., the EU, or the USA, depending on distance and availability.  

I have received the wrong item, what can I do?

In the rare occasion of a mix up with your order, please contact us and we will fix it.

My order hasn’t arrived, what can I do?

Please contact us if you are unable to track your order with the tracking information provided or if your shipping method does not include tracking. We will take care of it!

Returns & refunds

Can I return or exchange my items?

You can refund or exchange items that you are not happy with within 14 days, with rare exceptions. Please check our Return Policy for more details.

How long will it take to process my exchange?

We aim to process all items returned for exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item.

How long will my refund take?

We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of the confirmation of refund. Please note that some banks take 3 to 6 business days to receive funds. If you’re worried that the refund hasn’t arrived after 6 business days please do contact us.

How do I return my item?

Head over to our Return Policy for all the details!

Will I be notified when you receive my returned item?

Absolutely! We will email you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.

Do I need to pay postage to return my item?

If you return your item for exchange (for example, another size), or if you chose to receive store credit instead of a refund, we will cover your shipping costs. If you return for a full refund to your original payment method then we will need to ask you to cover the postage costs yourself and we will refund the price that you paid for the item.

Creating an account

Creating an account gives you access to updates regarding your order. You do not need to create an account to shop in our store.

You can create an account by clicking on the customer account symbol in the top right corner of our website (next to the cart symbol), or during checkout.

Once you have created an account, you can log in by clicking on the customer account symbol in the top right corner of our website (next to the cart symbol).

I can’t remember my login information

Not to worry, simply click "Forgot your password?" on the log in page.

How can I update my email or address?

If you have an account with us then the easiest way is to log in and update your info there. If you don’t have an account then there’s no need to do anything. Next time you shop with us simply make sure you use the new details to make your order!

I have not received an email confirmation

Please check your spam folder, just to be sure. If it isn't there either, it might be a simple case of misspelling the email address, or something may indeed have gotten lost. Please contact us and we will sort it out!

Another reason for this might be that the order wasn’t properly finalised before clicking away from the page. The best thing to do here would be to first check your bank statement that you’ve been charged for the order by Black Tee Merch or Klang Machine Music Ltd. If you haven’t been charged then most likely the order was abandoned before finalising.
